Abstract
本プレゼンテーションは、世界と国内において2024年から2029年にかけて起こる、IT市場に関する主要な10項目の予測（Predictions）について議論する。世界市場については『IDC FutureScape: Worldwide IT Industry 2024 Predictions (Japanese)（IDC #JPJ50150323、2023年12月発行）』において詳述しており、本プレゼンテーションでは、国内市場のPredictionsにおいて、世界市場からの変更点に焦点を合わせて論じている。
デジタルビジネスに向けた企業の投資姿勢は継続しているものの、地政学リスク、インフレや円安、サステナビリティへの対応など、企業経営者やテクノロジー担当役員が考えるべき事項は多い。その一方でGenerative AI（生成系AI）のような新たなテクノロジーの活用やユースケースの発見も検討する必要がある。IDC Japanのグループバイスプレジデントおよびチーフリサーチアナリストである寄藤 幸治は、「企業のCレベルの経営幹部は、「自社の事業成長にどのようなテクノロジーが必要か」という視点と、「新たなテクノロジーは自社の事業の成長や脅威にどのような影響を及ぼすか」という複眼的な視点でこの混迷した時代を乗り切るべきである」と述べている。
