本Web Conference Proceeding: Tech Supplierは、IDC Japan、グループバイスプレジデントおよびチーフリサーチアナリストである寄藤 幸治による講演の内容を、プレゼンテーションスライドと音声ファイルによって提供するものである。
本講演では、国内企業の「ポストCOVID-19」の生産性向上について、IDCの考えを紹介する。デジタル技術の活用が進む中で、働き方は大きく変わった。では、働き手の生産性の面ではどのようになっているであろうか？「現場任せ」になっていないであろうか。国内企業のテクノロジーリーダーに課せられた課題は、働く場のエクスペリエンス向上と、生産性の大幅な向上を両立させることだとIDCではみている。そのためにテクノロジーリーダーが行うべきことと、ITサプライヤーが支援すべき内容を、「Five Levers」に沿って考える。
